Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product arrives damaged or leaking
  • You receive the wrong product

To file a claim:

  1. Report within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Share an unboxing video + photos
  3. Allow verification by our team

Replacement Procedure

If approved:

  • A replacement will be arranged
  • No return shipment is required (in verified cases)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened perfumes
  • Used perfumes
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during sale promotions (unless damaged)
