Order Cancellation

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.


Refund Eligibility

To report a damaged or incorrect product:

  2. Provide clear photos/videos of the package and product
  3. Allow our support team to verify the issue

Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and authenticity concerns, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened perfumes
  • Used or tested perfumes
  • Items without original packaging
